First Experiments with GPT-4V

I constantly find myself reflecting where we were just some months ago, and what the constant democratization of access to tech means. GPT-4V is no different and opens up a plethora of opportunities.

Sure, tech can be fun.

Sure, tech tends to have many people in disbelief (denial?) at first, or have them say "that's too easy".

Nonetheless, novel tech can get impressive even in its early forms.

The reality is that we're steadily leapfrogging towards a world where AI can see, hear, interact with the world, fully autonomously and – before you know it – better than we can.

And I couldn't be more scared and excited for what the future holds.
